In the chaos of family & ADHD, make some time for yourself
Stop telling yourself you haven’t earned time for yourself. Ask for what you need, do a little — even if it’s only a little — every day, and most of all, stop waiting for a good time. There’s no guarantee you’ll get a better time than right now.
